Government fees, stamp duties, professional fees for completed services, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:

  • The work has already commenced
  • Documents have been submitted to authorities
  • Third-party services have been engaged
  • Client delays or non-cooperation have caused the inability to deliver
